RAGweek 2018 has officially started! Yesterday we kicked off with our fancy fair. Several student associations put their best feet forward for charity in one of the stands. RU’tje was present as well, and we handed out this year’s “Sexy met Stijl Bestuurskalender.” 113 Suicide Prevention and ACNS Projecthulp foundation were there to give information about how they are going to use the proceeds to help others!
We continued with the first day of RAGsmakelijk. The special RAGweek sandwich pulled chicken was a big success and our volunteers were hard at work.
Later we opened the RAGbar. The girls from study association Postelein were the first to run the bar. We started selling our own beer, which was an immediate success.
We visited Social Sounds in the TvA 6 living room. It was a great event with beautiful musical contributions for charity!
Next we visited the Cultuur op de Campus filmquiz. It was an exciting battle, but mostly a very fun time. The RAGbar closed at 22.30 and we visited the kaRAGBOWke drinks by study association BOW Nijmegen. Once again the singing was out of this world and everyone partied for charity.
We can definitely concluded the first day was a success. We are even more excited today and we hope to see you tonight at Vuurrood in Merleyn!
